I’m Niharika Goyal, a Chartered Accountant with over 14 years of experience helping businesses build strong, ethical, and scalable finance functions.
My career spans Big4 and consulting environments across the UAE, US, and India, where I’ve worked closely with founders, CFOs, and leadership teams on everything from day-to-day accounting hygiene to complex advisory engagements.
Based in Dubai, I support clients across the UAE and globally, providing practical, business-focused financial advisory aligned with regulatory requirements and strategic growth objectives.
Previously, I’ve led and delivered projects involving IPO readiness, finance transformation, technical accounting (IFRS & US GAAP), internal controls, risk management, and audit readiness across a wide range of industries.

I'm Alya Khair, a corporate lawyer with over five years of experience advising businesses on regulatory matters across the UAE and wider MENA region.
I graduated in Australia and am now a practicing lawyer in the United Arab Emirates, where I work closely with founders to support their legal and commercial objectives.
My experience includes advising on corporate structuring and assist my clients set up their offices in UAE across a range of industries.
Being bilingual and fluent in both English and Arabic allows me to effectively support regional and international clients. I’m committed to helping clients navigate legal complexities with confidence and build strong, sustainable foundations for growth.

Dr. K. L. Goyal is a retired Additional Central Provident Fund Commissioner from the EPFO, with over 30 years of experience in labor law, provident fund compliance, and public sector administration.
During his tenure, he served in senior leadership roles across multiple states and at the EPFO Head Office, where he contributed to policy implementation, regulatory oversight, and institutional governance. He also played a key role in establishing the Investment Monitoring Cell to oversee the management of EPFO’s large investment corpus.
Dr. Goyal brings deep expertise in provident fund regulations, compliance advisory, and financial oversight, supporting organizations in navigating complex regulatory and labor law frameworks.
